Is raspberry the only fruit you can use in a vinaigrette?

Question: Why only raspberry vinaigrette ?...... I only see recipes for raspberry vinaigrette, why? Can you use other fruits?

Answer: You can use lots of different fruits! Oftern people don't "think outside of the Fruit ", if you know what I mean! You're right, you mainly see Raspberry Vinaigrette on menus and in the grocery isles, but you can be different. Try strawberry, pear, or mango. Or, how about Blue Cheese vinaigrette or champagne Vinaigrette (which is a favorite of mine!). Be creative in your kitchen, experiment. What's the worse thing that could happen? You make it and if it tastes bad, throw it out and try again!
